Who can use the Botanical Repellent Spray?

The registered spray is intended for people, dogs and horses when used according to its label. Follow all age, application and precaution statements printed on the package.

How long does the spray provide protection?

PureGard states up to five hours of tick protection and up to six hours of mosquito protection when the product is applied as directed.

Does the spray contain DEET?

No. The spray is DEET-free and uses PMD derived from oil of lemon eucalyptus as its botanical active ingredient.

Are all PureGard products used the same way?

No. Sprays, wearables and tick-removal tools each have different directions. Read and follow the instructions supplied with the specific product.
